RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to Remote Controllers, Bluetooth Speakers, and Remote Control Covers.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Request for return must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and invoice included.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage caused by the customer, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect product performance.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper use.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • In case of replacement availability, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Defective or incorrect items may be replaced once, subject to stock availability.
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.
