RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This policy applies to Remote Controllers, Bluetooth Speakers, and Remote Control Covers.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Request for return must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and invoice included.
- Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage caused by the customer, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
- Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect product performance.
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper use.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- In case of replacement availability, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
4. Replacement Policy
- Defective or incorrect items may be replaced once, subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.
5. Return Process
